When you book a call or send us a project brief, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, work email, project details, and budget range. If you have a Client Portal account, we store your name, email, and an encrypted password. We may also collect basic technical data (such as browser type and IP address) through standard server logs.

HyperVector Systems does not accept or process payments through this website. All payments are collected exclusively through Razorpay Payment Links or invoices shared directly with clients after mutual agreement on the scope of work. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details — these are handled entirely by Razorpay under its own privacy and security policies.

Scope calls are booked through Cal.com, which receives the details you enter when booking (such as your name, email and notes) and processes them under its own privacy policy. We use PostHog to understand how visitors use this website, for example which pages lead to a booked call. This uses cookies or similar storage and records pages viewed and buttons clicked.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers (such as hosting, scheduling, analytics, or payment providers like Razorpay) solely to operate our services, and only to the extent necessary.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.

By accessing this website or engaging HyperVector Systems for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

HyperVector Systems provides custom software, web, mobile, AI, and backend engineering services. The exact scope, timeline, and deliverables for any engagement are defined in a mutually agreed proposal, statement of work, or written agreement between HyperVector Systems and the client.

This website does not process payments or sell products directly. It is used to present our work, collect project inquiries, and provide a Client Portal for existing clients. All commercial engagements are formalized separately, outside of any on-site checkout flow.

Payments for services are collected only through Razorpay Payment Links or invoices shared directly with clients, after both parties have agreed on the scope of work, pricing, and timeline. Payment terms (amounts, milestones, and due dates) will be specified in the invoice or payment link communication.

Clients who engage HyperVector Systems may receive access to a Client Portal to track project progress. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. HyperVector Systems retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality.

HyperVector Systems will make reasonable efforts to deliver quality work but is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services engaged with HyperVector Systems. As noted above, we do not sell products or accept payments through this website — all payments are made via Razorpay Payment Links or invoices issued directly to clients after scope agreement.

For custom software projects, payment is typically structured in milestones (e.g., an upfront deposit followed by milestone or completion payments) as agreed in the project proposal. Refunds, if any, are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to work already completed and delivered at the time of a cancellation request.

Either party may request to cancel an ongoing engagement by providing written notice. Upon cancellation, the client will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any amount paid in advance beyond the value of work completed will be refunded within a reasonable period, using the original payment method where possible.

Deposits used to reserve engineering capacity or cover third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g., licenses, domains, hosting) are generally non-refundable once spent.

If you believe you have been charged in error or wish to dispute a payment made via a Razorpay Payment Link or invoice, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly before raising a dispute with Razorpay or your bank.
